1 DON& #39;T THINK, WRITE
I write professionally. 8-5 each day I am writing content for clients.
There isn& #39;t time to ponder every word
Sometimes your deadlines are impossible.
Sometimes, you find out what you think by writing it.

2 PROCRASTINATION WILL KILL YOU
I also write fiction and have done so for over 10 years.
There will NEVER be a perfect day for writing.
Sometimes, you must force yourself to do it.
Sometimes it& #39;s easy. Often it& #39;s not.
But you MUST force yourself if you want to make progress.

3 KEEP NOTES
Done properly note taking IS writing.
Not sure how to structure a blog?
No ideas for the next scene?
Write a note. Write a detailed note.
Underline your best ideas. Draw arrows, lists. Doodles.
The point is to keep your mind working even when the writing isn& #39;t.

4 HAVE FUN
Writing is hard.
Many writers adopt a workman like approach to it.
Show up, write for an hour, or 1k words, each day.
This is good advice, follow it.
But also...
Write one sentence a day that makes you smile.
If you do that. You& #39;ve succeeded.
Now go write
