This is such a laughably sloppy, typical Ryan Grim/TI smear story. A kid who worked for this 1 college Dems chapter supports Neal (btw- here is his name, go to it followers), so it's fake news & everyone is lying. Ignore that it was put out by the entirety of the MA College Dems.
It looks like someone just slapped together a bunch of clunky, barely relevant garbage in a few hours, then hit publish as fast as they could. This piece has almost no substance, just an insinuation that you're supposed to get that this was some anti-left, careerist conspiracy.
Leaving aside Ryan Grim's & the Twitter Left's comical hypocrisy from Tara Reade to this (& Buttar), it has been so obvious for a long time that The Intercept sees itself as basically a PAC doing oppo/defense work for Left candidates. No reputable journalistic outlet would have/
written a story like this. No reputable journalist would have spent days melting down defending some candidate in a random Western Mass. primary, with increasingly absurd, willfully obtuse defenses (have you voted in my consent poll, yet?).
Bold, Adversarial Journalism, Holding the Powerful (college kids) Accountable. This is The Intercept.
And like always, Ryan's followers got what they were supposed to, out of the 'article'. Harassing a college student off of Twitter (part 32). This is True Progessivism.
Oh hey...looks like serious journalist @ryangrim is a fan! Very cool.

That tweet about you that was mocking your 'sliding into the DMs of college students is just basic organizing' argument? Classic homophobic insinuations.
BTW- Ryan Grim is in fact a huge creep and has been for a while, even before his dedication to defending creeping on teenagers. https://twitter.com/JessicaValenti/status/1189024395689373697
