Positives of the video:
1) Kris pointed out how JHU& #39;s reported Pos% for AZ is much higher than what AZDHS shows

2) Voice recordings from @drcarachrist on why non-ELR PCRs are not and should not be factored into the AZDHS PCR Pos% (good!)

3) Overall, I& #39;m glad they tried

/2
Constructive Criticism (1):
1) No mention of and no awareness that daily cases also include serology positives. Didn& #39;t mention Sero once
2) Strange belief that JHU is the trusted source when JHU simply feeds from COVID Tracking Project (CTP). CTP scrapes from the daily summary
/3
Constructive Criticism (2):

3) No awareness that CTP/JHU are taking raw daily reported cases and dividing by PCR tests. This gives the HIGHEST POSSIBLE Pos% and is completely invalid.
4) Because of 3, they said it& #39;s important to keep showing the JHU %. That& #39;s 100% incorrect.

/4
Constructive Criticism (3):
5) Daily updates are REMOVING tests/cases from prior weeks, yet AZDHS is only counting 4-5 weeks back for benchmarks
6) Because of 1-5, they can& #39;t inform the public on Pos% as it pertains to School/Business openings

I could help fix all of the above
