2020 has stamped in ink how psychotically selfish this country is. All races, all genders, all creeds. Something about being socialized in this system from birth has created a very unique and toxic mindset.

Between how we have responded to the pandemic(constantly see people I know out not wearing masks at height of virus spreading), the reaction to uprisings for Black Lives, to how anyone could even consider voting for Trump or not voting at all, just makes me so traumatized.

America is a sick, sick place and if you were born and live here, we have these pieces of sickness in us in some way and on some level. We have been bamboozled. Why it's so important that we have systems of care in place to help dismantle and decolonize our own minds.

We are all in these trauma together. Selfishness and individualism is deadly. Its heavy.
