The standard email is something like:
"Hi (nome del team)! I am your fan and would like to receive the drivers’ autographs.

Usually after the email you won't receive an answer, so you won't know if they'll send you something or not.
And remember to be patient! The waiting timesare very variable so don't rush.. you'll get the cards soon or later
