I feel this is the most important thing I have EVER said.

I’ve been a person who’s depressed and even suicidal since I was 11 years old. I went to a doctor and got my blood tested, received advice and supplementation for the areas I was lacking
I began to exercise daily and maintain a proper sleep schedule.

I removed soda (of which I used to drink a lot) and began drinking almost exclusively water.

I made good financial choices and began to build a small amount of wealth for myself
I’ve reached a point now where I am cleaning up the messes I couldn’t bring myself to face for years. I’m seeking new ways to invest into my own life and improve my experience.
Twice in 3 days I’ve had moments where I could actually feel my depression melt away, I could see more clearly (literally, colors are more vivid and I can see details on trees further away) and I’m overwhelmed with happiness that I can never remember feeling
If you’re reading this and you think about self harm or death, if you feel like a ghost dragging a corpse, like you’re dying inside a little bit every day and you can’t go on further, PLEASE, get help. Find a doctor who fits with you. Make good choices.
Make decisions for yourself that you would want your most loved person to make for themselves, that’s the best way you could love them.
