I went to visit a friend over the weekend and this happened and I can't but share the story.
We went to buy egg across the street, he asked, how much are you selling the eggs? The old woman who is the owner of the shop said #50 an egg sir.

He said to her, I'm gonna take 6 eggs for #200 or I'm going.
The old woman replied, buy them at the price you want sir. Maybe it's a good start for me because I couldn't sell a single egg today and I need this to live, where I was standing the word of that woman struck me hard.

I couldn't say anything because I was dumbfounded.
He brought the eggs at her price and we left with the feeling that he won, I don't say anything.
Later in the day we went to the mall to have some fun, we ordered what we want, eat, drink and have some other fun.

Waiter bring our bills and it was #20, 000. So he paid the bills and gave the waiter #1k for TIP, we moved.
I began to think, life is unfair and this life is not balance, this story might seem pretty normal to the owner of the luxury restaurant but very unfair to the egg woman.

Why do we always need to show that we have POWER when we buy from the needy ? and Why are we generous with those who don't even need our generosity ?”

After all is done, I told my friend all of these, he was very sorry for his act and he told me that he usually does this all the time and doesn't see it as anything. He promised me to change.

From people who just want to sell for them to eat, not to build house or even buy cars but when we get to malls, we just pick anything and we pay fully.
