[THREAD] I have a few questions for @HilliardForCong

1. Do you stand wholeheartedly behind the USPS?

If yes, how are you working to assist potential voters in the process in a time where mail in voting is more important than ever but widely discredited by the ruling party?
2. Given your previous loss to the MooMan during the previous blue wave, what are you doing to activate voters this time around?
3. Party lines are deeper than ever, and rallying a base has to be about activating voters who have had little/no interest in state-level politics.

How are you working to spark that interest and create a welcoming movement that can drive even moderate dems to support you?
4. You lost against Moolenaar the first time.

How has that experience shaped your view of campaigning in the 4th, and what changes are you planning on making this time around?
5. Hearing you speak, your rationale for losing seems to be lack of awareness of your campaign on part of the voters.

What specific actions are you taking NOW to become a household name in the circles of people who don't attend meetings for their local Democratic Party?
6. Are you making yourself routinely accessible to the entire district of people you wish to represent?

How?
I would like to make it comically clear [if not already so] that I want to support you whole-heartedly.

However, I am also genuinely concerned about many things regarding your campaign.
There is no race this election that the dems can afford to lose. Fascism is looming.
People are dying.

I need to know that you're not just running to have the title; that it's not about your ego, or the potential of minuscule popularity of northern rural Michigan.
Those times are dead, and the act of hollow political vanity will no longer be tolerated.

We the people deserve genuine representation that base themselves in the understanding of what it means to be a public servant.
We deserve a congress rep who understands that every action they take must echo the voice of the people who elected them in the first place; that every single decision NEED be made with the well being of those people at heart.
This year, we're done electing people to "hold power".

We need people who leave their personal pride, ego, and reputation at the door- and [as best they can] act as megaphone for their constituents.
The fact I have these concerns is a concern within itself, but that's not the point.
There are a lot of people you're going to have to prove yourself to, both now and potentially in the future- because so far, there are a significant number of 4th district voters who are disappointed with their options for representation.
As a 4th district democrat, I hope you don't brush this off as a twitter troll trying to make you look bad.

I hope you not only understand, but genuinely address these concerns.

@HilliardForCong Prove you're different from Moolenaar in more than political platform. #please
