it’s been a week since this problem started. we keep on experiencing a lot of buffers on watching livestreams, video premiere and somehow pixelated netflix movies. @PLDT_Cares

my mom complained to me almost everyday. and i keep on saying maybe it’s just for the mean time. but every time we tested its connection speed we were able to get a decent and fast result. the thing is the results doesn’t match its actual performance. @PLDT_Cares 2/9
and then today i called to 171 and asked if there is problem. in the first call, the person advised me to reset our router. and i did. that person said that if the problem still continues i should call again. guess what?! there’s no change. @PLDT_Cares 3/9
so i called for the second time and waiting if they’ll give me a reference ticket or what. but the person whi talked to me lectured me like i’m a complete noob when it comes to internet and WiFi connections. your ppl keep on saying that there’s nothing wrong... @PLDT_Cares 4/9
to provide all of you, @PLDT_Cares an evidence of how crappy your service is here’s a video of me scrolling through my facebook feed.
ps. i screen recorded it a while ago. same day same hour 5/9
and after that scrolling i tested the wifi speed AGAIN. @PLDT_Cares 6/9
now, TELL ME that there’s no forking problem to your internet. i tested not only on my phone but also my mom’s and my brother’s. @PLDT_Cares 7/9
i created this thread because i want all of you to know how hard it is to cope up with your services. i hope you all know that fast and reliable internet connection is an important part of today’s new normal. as of monday we started having our online classes. @PLDT_Cares 8/9
please please take action. we chose you, @PLDTHome @PLDT_Cares over a lot of internet providers because you’re proven and tested and far more reliable. please do your part. give us not mediocre quality. #pldt 9/9
