📑 simple tips you can
do in studying ! 💖
📑 reminder:

this is just in my opinion and my way,im not proffesional but i want to somehow help people to study in the most comfortable way and somehow cant get away from stress.

hope you can give a rt to spread and also enjoy taking note of what i will be saying ☺️
1. set a goal.
• this is important so you know what path or goal you want to have even if its just for today or the end of school year or semester its really adviceable to have a goal because this will be your first step in reaching what you want to have.
2. create a plan.
• create your own plan for this school year. i know it may be late but creating a plan on how will you review for exams or even do your homeworks. use this as your path in your goal so basically this is the second step in reaching what you want.
3. set reminders for yourself
• this is like a list of what you will be doing this school year. this could be a list of your projs,hw or the reminders that you need to remind yourself everyday. this may look like simple but it can remind you of the things that should be done.
4. practice clean workplace.
idk for others but for me my urge of studying come from a clean environment that it feels like it give me motivation to keep going. so i suggest you have a clean workplace before,while and after studying.
5. put something inspirational to give you strength.
• ive been doing this ever since shs so its like putting an inspirational quote as lockscreen or even a note to your notebook like what quotes give you strength,i sometimes put my bias pictures on my desk to help me study.
6. listen to calm songs while studying.
• it actually helps for me in listening to calm songs so my whole body will be calm and not irritated easily and it helps me focus on studying on the things that i am doing.

less stressful thoughts,less harm for your body and mind.
7. have some rest.
• i suggest you do an eye massage,back massage (like just stretch your body) every after 30 mins of working/studying and dont forget to
eat on time always because in these you can gain energy and pls dont get sick.
8. if you happen to give up always remember your goal.
• i know there will be days that you dont want to do all of these anymore but if that happens i want you to calm down and look back again of what have you been doing all these times for what have you been fighting for.
