Our WFH story - a thread

Sometime after the busy season came the never ending meetings and calls. I started experiencing back aches because I sat on a sofa chair for more than 8 hours and my table is too high for that... so I bought an office chair at a price I never thought I would spend on a chair https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😂" title="Gesicht mit Freudentränen" aria-label="Emoji: Gesicht mit Freudentränen">

The only area I could use is a small space in our living room, which is next to a big window. When I taught for a short time in a training, the participants could hear the barking of our neighbor& #39;s dog, the construction nearby, the outburst of rain and vehicles passing by...

We had another choice, to give up our room (which we use for sleeping, like normal rooms in every house https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😂" title="Gesicht mit Freudentränen" aria-label="Emoji: Gesicht mit Freudentränen">) and transform it into an office. So we did. Now we have "office hours" and "lights off" hours at lunch time and at 7pm onwards...
