The folk who gave me the game were women of color. All of the best SM managers fit the description.

Pro-Tip: Promote your women/POC social media managers to director.

If you put a ceiling on their social media managers (esp. those women of color) you're going to lose them and they'll become disinterested.

Yet, time and time again, they're the best in the business.
