Final #MN05 map for the night now that all 238 precincts are reporting. Will post an updated final map after the county canvasses later this week when we have the late absentee vote. #MNPol https://twitter.com/ActorAaronBooth/status/1293403316500799488
Here is the map of the #SD07 primary where incumbent DFL State Senator Erik Simonson fell to the DFL endorsed Jen McEwen by a pretty large margin. #MNLeg #MNPol
And now #SD62 in Minneapolis where DFL incumbent State Senator Jeff Hayden lost to DFL endorsed candidate Omar Fateh. This one was not exactly a blow out, but Fateh's lead is unlikely to move much with late absentees later this week. #MNLeg #MNPol
Next up is #HD66B where DFL incumbent John Lesch (who was the endorsed candidate) lost to DFL'er Athena Hollins. He lost all 11 precincts. #MNLeg #MNPol
In #HD59B, incumbent DFL State Representative Richard Dehn lost to DFL endorsed candidate Esther Agbaje. This one was relatively close, but I don't see it flipping back to Dehn even with an optimistic set of late absentees for him. #MNLeg #MNPol
In #MN07, the GOP nominated Michelle Fischbach to take on Collin Peterson. This will be a highly competitive race in the fall. Fischbach is aided by two separate marijuana legalization candidates on the general election ballot. Still some precincts not reporting. #MNPol
#MN04 won't be competitive in the fall, but it looks like the GOP endorsed candidate there may have lost. Regardless, McCollum will win reelection easily. This one maybe flips to Lo if late absentees break his way & there are enough, but it looks like he lost. #MNPol
Very solid primary win tonight for @deanbphillips. He only lost one precinct. (The precinct only cast one vote unless there are any late absentees there) He wins by just under 82 points. #MN03 #MNPol
GOP endorsed Qualls wins the GOP nomination to take on Phillips. Phillips is likely to win this one fairly easily this fall. #MN03 #MNPol
Neither side in #MN03 was particularly competitive tonight and neither was the statewide primary, but the 2-party vote differential in the district was pretty stark. Be careful reading too much into this as it doesn't mean a whole lot, but it is just so lopsided... #MNPol
The 2-party Gubernatorial primary vote in 2018 was also pretty lopsided before a considerably tighter November. So, I wouldn't expect November to look anything like the 2-party in #MN03 primary though the DFL will do well there. #MNPol
Senate Minority Leader Kent beat back a primary challenger in #SD53 in the east metro. #MNLeg #MNPol
Minnesota's 13th largest city is well on its way to elect a former Republican member of the state legislature as its new Mayor. Sanders will face off against Bourke in November in Blaine. #MNPol
In the vacant Ward 1 race, Newland and Smith will advance to the general. Smith has the backing of voters on the left, while Newland has the endorsement of the outgoing Mayor and City Councilman. #MNPol

Continuing this thread: here is what has reported thus far for the DFL Senate primary. Smith didn't quite get Klobuchar's 2018 primary margin, but she well outperformed her own primary from 2018. Still missing all of Wilkin and Clearwater along with almost all of Cass. #MNPol
