The #1 way to improve your performance on ANY platform. Especially Facebook.

A thread.
CREATIVES.

Creatives > Strategies.

Make sure you got basic strategies down and focus on getting outstanding creatives.

Yes, this is part of your job as a media buyer.

You should direct the person in charge of creatives with what the data you have in front of you.
How do I direct a creative person/team?

Spy on your competitors.
Analyze your data if you have any.
Figure out the best performing creatives.
Put together a Google Docs with the best performing examples.
Explain why these creatives perform better in your opinion.

Have them create videos similar to your best performers but tell them to change ONE part of it.

It could be the color, the hook, the banner for example.
If you haven't found a creative performing well, find some that are wildly different than what you tested so far.

Instead of a product demo, test a testimonial or a mashup of different people using your product.
