1. we might not be close , idk what u are going through rn , idk what isit like to be in ur place , i know it hurts a lot sometimes, when the toxicity gets to u , take a rest if u need to
idk how i can help physically if u r hurting deep down but just know i understand you , not just me im sure many people understands you too

2. its okay to let go , drop those toxic friends drop them bcs in the end they will only make teh situation worst ,, its never too late to let go

do something that is relaxing , take a breather or watch some tv or just read a book or do a face mask or just sleep even . get those thoughts out of ur head ,, fill ur day with tons of things to do so that it will distract you
i understand living in these kind of society its so hard but hang on please , you will see how worth it is in the end . rmb joon said that we are just born in a judgemental society
loving yourself is very very important, use bts to love urself, tell urself something positive instead of negative words ,, feel proud and happy when u achieved something, tell yourself “i did it !”
