(1) Kamala Harris’ father revealed his family is descended from one of Jamaica’s largest slave planters. This means Kamala is descended not from slaves but from slaveowners. Two facts makes Donald Harris’ claims credible:

(2) First, Harris was a respected Stanford professor who taught economics and economic history. He is hardly likely to be careless or wrong in revealing his own family ancestry

(3) Moreover Harris was a man of the Left, so he had no hostile ideological motive. Also he published his findings in a Jamaican magazine, Jamaica Global, written mainly for his fellow Jamaicans around the world, so he was clearly not trying to influence the American debate
