I give thanks for the hard left, I do, even when a significant portion of them are being seriously unpleasant. I give thanks for the hard left because I agree with many of their ideals and I love their vision of the world we could have. This world needs that.
I do not honestly believe that most of them seriously think that Joe Biden is no better than Donald Trump, or that Kamala is a cop coppity cop cop, or that the pair of them is a plot by Big Democracy to stop us from having health care.
I think the hard left is tired and angry and bereft--as I am, Lord, as we all are, right now--and they just believe we can be better faster than we are getting there. So. I will not take any of this to heart. I will not.
With one exception.
I swear to God, anyone I see on their high horse about not voting or trying to convince others of the rightness of your not-voting position, I will yeet you into the sun. No survivors. I& #39;m all done with that.
So I& #39;m just going to go about my business being the doing-what-we-can kinda person I am, and you can be mad about it, or sad, or feel your feelings or whatever. None of this is what I wanted at the go either. I hear you.
