John Lennon was a genius musical artist, ignoring the Beatle years, he and even Yoko Ono stood for peace, racial justice, and kindness being spread through the world WELL BEFORE the BLM movement of 2020, but one tiny joke ended his life because people took him WAY TOO SERIOUS
Reports say he infact apologized for it NUMEROUS TIMES, yet his life was cut short because people are too sensitive over something not worth being sensitive over.
I’ve noticed on this app especially people getting hated on, and canceled for jokes almost as small if not smaller than the one John made, and it makes me wonder....do y’all really get offended or are y’all just bored and jealous of the people you try to hate/cancel
I understand of course, there many people who DO DESERVE cancellation for shitty actions, but come on every other day it seems there’s a new (insert name)isoverparty in the trending section, and it’s like how legitimate are some of these?
Are they worth the negative energy? Just like I have to ask was it worth killing John just for a guy who we aren’t even sure was real or not? Also if Jesus/God is real I have to ask people who claim to worship him.....do you remember what the 5th commandment is?
The 5th commandment is THOU SHALL NOT KILL, so when Mark Chapman (sorry if spelled that wrong I honestly don’t care) killed John he ALSO went against the word of God! Which in turn makes him a hypocrite just like what he tried to call John in his defense or whatever
Next I wanna talk about Judith Eva Barsi who just like John was shot by someone who was deranged in the head. Judith was a young child actress who’s career helped pull her family out of the brink of poverty, and helped the Barsi family move into a fancy Hollywood Hills
Instead of the shit appartment the family was in, but instead of being happy for his little girl her father began to harm her and her mom Maria.
Near the end of her life Judith began to exhibit signs of mental decline, by pulling her hair out, pulling the whiskers of her cats, and told people things like “Daddy is drunk almost every day, I know he wants to kill mommy.”
But instead she was ignored to the point where CPS closed her case prematurely without a in-home check. Why?
Because CPS was so underfunded and the case manager was so overwhelmed by other cases Judith was pushed to the sidelines and was persuaded to ignore it entirely by a lie told by Maria (Judith’s mom)
I’m sickened by the fact that everyday abuse and poor mental cases like Judith Barsi’s is STILL SOMETHING people don’t like to talk about almost 35 years later!? HOW!! aren’t we suppose to evolve with time?
Sorry if this thread is weird and jumbled, I’m just sad thinking about John and Judith.....I hope John is still playing music with energy and positivity just like when he was here, and I hope Judith is happy in the magical place she’d always dream about
