For the past 5 yrs I’ve been on the ground in my local communities. I’ve been in SC, NC, GA, and VA speaking with people from rual areas to major cities. Not one person I spoke with was against these and other progressive policies when the messaging was palatable.

There’s little to no profit in a lot of these programs for capitalist. The way the media and politicans who are paid to be against progressive policies use messaging is an art. I always want to ask who are these folks y’all speak of and how are these conversations happening?

You can look to progressive politicians who have won recent elections like Cori Bush, Jamaal Bowman, AOC, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Talib, and many more are winning elections and getting people excited for change. Stop buying the narrative that’s being sold to you.
