I know a lot (white) of people on my lefty feed have their reservations about Harris, but I'd like to point out that a lot of (nonwhite) people on my lefty feed are excited to vote for her... in a way people are not *EXCITED* to vote for the actual nominee.

Harris is INSPIRING to a lot of people. Maybe not you, white progressive who has determined that there is only one true way to solve our problems, but to A LOT of people.

So, you know, something to think about, people who maybe aren't hooked into HBCU Twitter.

Anyway, I'm going back to my WHERE THE HELL ARE @JulianCastro AND @AndrewYang piece. Because a speech from the first Black woman nominated to the VP spot is actually an energetic BRIGHT SPOT during next week's convention.
