As of midday today (Wednesday), Auckland will move to Alert Level 3, and the rest of New Zealand will move to Alert Level 2, until midnight on Friday 14 August. All Auckland branches, from Wellsford to Pukekohe will be closed today (Wednesday).

Selected Auckland branches will be open on Thursday and Friday and will be updated on our website shortly. Our other branches across NZ will remain open, and we’re following Government guidelines to help keep our customers and staff safe.

We’re currently experiencing high call volumes and our wait times are longer than usual. If you’re able, we encourage you to use our self-service banking options where you can.
