As coaches we need to put our money where our mouth is in this trying time. We talk about perseverance and grit, overcoming obstacles. I see too many coaches complaing and blaming others. C’mon we’re all better than this. Use it as a teachable moment. It’s no ones fault

We all want to coach and see kids play the games they love. Some will and some will have to wait. Be happy for others, encourage kids to try other sports or practice because they love competition. This is a great chance to show kids that we practice what we preach.
