He would have further success at Silverstone later in his career when he switched from Mclaren and joined Mercedes AMG-F1

Lewis would be victorious again in 2014 but racing for @MercedesAMGF1. On quali His teammate Rosberg took pole while Lewis ended up 6th. On race day Lewis got a ideal start from moving from 6th to 4th on track but the race was red flagged due to a incident.

The race resumed 1 hr 5 minutes later to repair the barrier which got crashed into and also a safety car restart, On lap 3 Lewis pulled his car alongside Magnussen and took 3rd spot at copse corner but Magnussen ran off track. 1 lap later Lewis overtook is former teammate Button

On the outside of Brooklands for 2nd place. Hamilton took lead for 6 laps as Rosberg pitted and also to run the middle stint of race on the hard compound tyres, Hamilton's pit stop was slow because the left-rear tyre didn't go on straight away which cost 1.7s.

Hamilton had to close a 6s lead to his teammate in 3 laps it was a 4s lead Rosberg had but had gearbox issues which he tried resolving, that backfired and on lap 29 Lewis took the lead overtaking Rosberg on the Wellington straight and dominated the race from there and won by 30.s

Race day. The race started behind safety car with all 22 drivers starting on the full wet tyres. The safety car ended on lap 5 with some drivers pitting for intermediate tyres however Wehrlein struggled and ended up in the gravel trap causing a VSC letting Mercedes change tyres.

At front Hamilton raced into a 5 second lead over Rosberg, Rosberg was under attack from Verstappen and on lap 16 of the race Verstappen took 2nd spot. On lap 20 both Mercedes and Verstappen pitted for a 2nd time, Hamilton was leading but some excursion of track with Verstappen.

Rosberg was closing the gap to Verstappen who was in 2nd and started his overtaking from lap 33 it took 5 laps for the overtake to be successful. With Rosberg closing the gap Hamilton responded and claimed victory by 8.250s, that was Lewis 4th win at Silverstone

In 2017 Lewis got a new teammate in Valtteri Bottas.
In quali Lewis took pole with a 1:26.600 followed by the Ferrari's then VB, VB started 9th because he got a 5 place grid pen for a gearbox change.

Race day. the formation lap was unsuccessful because Renault's Jolyon Palmer had a hydraulic failure which resulted in a 2nd formation lap. When the race started Hamilton pulled out a lead over Raikkonen of 1.6s, on the next lap a crash happened which meant safety car was used.

Once the safety car period ended Hamilton pulled away in the distance and dominated throughout winning by 14.063's seconds to his teammate. That was win number 5 for Lewis matching a record set by Jim Clark and Alain Prost in the 60's-90's respectively.

In 2019 Valtteri snatched pole from Lewis by 0.006s.
VB set a 1:25.093 while Lewis set 1:25.099.
Heading into this race Mercedes topped both championships, Hamilton heading VB by 31 points in driver's championships and Mercedes held 135 points over Ferrari in the constructor's

Race day. The Mercedes boys got off to the perfect start leading and on lap 4 VB had lead but Hamilton overtook at turn 7 known as Luffield however VB regained lead at turn 9 known as Copse, however VB pitted on lap 16 coming out behind Lewis and Vettel.

But Lewis got the upper hand because a safety car was deployed after Antonio Giovinazzi suffered problems allowing Lewis a free pit stop, the race resumed on lap 24 where Lewis won and dominated by 25s, Lewis also claimed a bonus point for setting the fastest lap of race.

Lewis also made history by winning the race for a record 6th time.

C1- is the hardest compound tyre
C2- is the medium soft compound
C3- is the soft tyre compound

Lewis took pole ahead of his teammate by 3 tenths of a second, setting a 1:24.303 and VB locked the front row out for Mercedes with a respectable 1:24.616

Race day
The race started and Hamilton got a perfect start leading but a safety car happened after a incident at turn 18 involving RB Albon and Mag, the race restarted on lap 6 but not for long as Danil Kyvat had a high speed puncture and caused safety car 2 which ended on lap 19

Near the end of race VB's tyre gave way meaning he dropped back and finished 11th, shortly after Sainz suffered a front left tyre failure amd finished out of the points. Hamilton led by 30's but on last lap turn 8 he had a blowout and had to complete half a lap with 3 tyres left.
