I was responding to someone who lost their dad late last night. As I thought about this, I figured I'd share something personal about how important it is to me that Trump loses.
Il lost my Dad 11/18/2019 without warning. We were talking 1 minute, he went code blue the next

And I kid you not, his final words were, "We finally got the bastard"
I said "Don't be too sure about Teflon Don". We were watching the impeachment on his hospital TV. He was in for minor cough. He smiled, went pale, code blue then ventilator. I saw him awake once more.

I saw him awake 9:30 Sunday morning, 11/17. He looked dazed. My mom leaned in, holding his hand & said Jim. His eyes strayed and then caught hers. He looked to his left and saw me. He tried to talk, but the ventilator prevented that. I asked him a couple questions which he nodded
My mom told him she loved him. He squeezed her hand. I did the same, he squeezed mine. He looked me square in the eye, his piercing blue eyes, and I know what he was trying to convey. "I will" I told him. And 4 the first time in my life, I watched my dad cry. I joined him.
Contd
He died at 6:36 am on 11/18/2019.
And I'm keeping my promise. I'm looking after my mom every day.
This is what families are suffering with every day.
EVERY F*CKING DAY.
Except they don't even get to say goodbye. They don't get to make a promise.

They are told that their wife, husband, mother, father, aunt, uncle...
CHILD are dead.
Trump is responsible for stealing these lives. These goodbyes. My heart breaks for these families.
That's why I'm voting
