Armindo Sieb is a 2003 born German U17 international. He plays as a SS, but also can play all across the front line. He and Mamin Sanyang made the move to the Bayern campus this summer from the Hoffenheim U17. Both players will play in the U19's and move up to the 2nd team soon.
Strengths | Finishing
One of Armindo Sieb's main strengths is his finishing ability. His ability to shoot with both feet along combined with his power, pace, and football intelligence makes him a serious problem for any defense.

Last season, Sieb scored 10 goals in 891 minutes played, or one goal for 89.1 minutes, impressive for someone who doesn't even play as an out and out striker! He added to this tally in the German U17's, scoring 6 goals in 409 minutes! He will be a great goal threat for the U19s.
Strengths | Ability to Escape Pressure
When playing in the center of the pitch, it is crucial that a player can evade incoming defenders with deft first touches and close control. This is something Sieb excels at as well.

His dribbling and first touch allows him to escape pressure, allowing the attack to continue and progress even further. This video made by @TheSecretScout_ shows the two strengths mentioned so far. https://twitter.com/TheSecretScout_/status/1261702273522192384?s=20/video1
Strengths | Passing
Armindo is incredibly adept at finding the final pass to put a teammate in on goal. He has 5 assists this season, but looking at his play, he creates multiple chances for his teammate that aren't always finished.

Additionally, he is good at making the pass out to the open wings after dribbling out of pressure as mentioned before. These simple passes help drive the team forwards and allows the team to continue their attack.

Conclusion:
Armindo Sieb is one of the most talented players in the U19s. His finishing, ability in tight spaces, and passing will allow him to develop into a great AM/SS in the Bayern system.

His transfer is another stroke of genius from the Bayern management, looking at developing young players in their great academy rather than paying exorbitant fees for developed stars.
