Stevie did that, in his calm and controlled and steady way. He pointed out that what was happening was a danger to everyone on the block--making people compete for being able to talk to their families.

Bozelli, the unit manager, lost his temper and got embarrass.

And he responded by writing Stevie up because his cop feelings were hurt.

So we are calling.
