I don’t think taser guns are commonly available here, even small police stations don't have taser or stun guns here in India. It is extensively used in Western Countries not in India.
However, let's consider he was given a shock by taser/stun and he was paralyzed but few things don’t add up. Taser have marks looks like this...round marks...
what we are seeing here are abrasions which can only be done through single electrodes like in the second picture (dead body).
