Non-black oomfs, don't interact please, I wanna ask a question. 🙏🏾

In regards to the blackface issue with the Korean school that Sam Okyere called out, do you think the Ghanian group themselves okayed the students because they've never really experienced blackface the way+
African Americans do? Like, Ghana has so much more of a homogeneous society and they don't really have to deal with people in the country they live in painting their faces black and acting out stereotypes of Ghanians to get a laugh out of white people.+
So maybe because they've never experienced that, they may not find blackface as offensive compared to African Americans. I, being an African who was born and raised in America, have seen both sides but I personally think the Ghanian group shouldn't have encouraged them.+
Because it just enables some Koreans to continue to offend other black people without seeing the harm in what they're doing. However, I don't fully put the blame on them because they probably didn't understand. But what do y'all think?
