Arsenal have a lot of brilliant knowledgable fans from all over the globe. They are dedicated getting up all hours to watch the games and a trip to the Emirates is like a pilgrimage to them. What match going fans resent are the tourists who aren’t fans but just want to tick a

trip off to a PL stadium like they would a trip to the Tower of London or Westminster Abbey. Often they are seen at away games when regular fans can’t get tickets but the tourist get them as part of an expensive tourist excursion. I think the fan from abroad & tourist

get tarred with the same brush when a proper fan from abroad and a tourist are two completely different things. I love our dedicated foreign fans who love the club but despise the tourist brigade who haven’t got a clue what’s going on at the games
