This court is in recess until Sept 9th. That’s the next date on their calendar currently for oral arguments.

That has no bearing on the Flynn case. All left to do here is rule. They don’t hold a formal hearing for that.

They will take this case into conference amongst themselves and give a ruling and if I had my guess no more than 10 business days

Wilkinson painted herself in the corner when she admitted that mandamus was proper when a judge does something improper in the order that set a hearing. That's the entire argument on the amicus Sullivan ordered.

The court calendar. The next date they have set for a hearing is 9-9 but once again it has nothing to do with Flynn, they have taken his case into conference now and will rule. As you can see 9-9 is already full with three cases set.

Flynn's ruling will be done in max 10 days.
