Let's do some mathematical calculation:-
JEE Main exam is conducted in online mode and as according to NTA they have increased no. Of centers by 1.5 times. So, now 3 students can sit in a space which was supposed to be for 4 students.
(1/n)
Inside examination hall computer desks are attached to one another and there's merely half feet distance between two consecutive chairs. And also the distance between chairs cannot be increased because computer desks are attached to one another.
(2/n)
So, the given data shows that even inside the examination hall you cannot maintain social distancing.
In JEE exam inside examination hall we have to give our thumb impression and most importantly we have to give our face picture for which mask should be taken off.
(3/n)
Also, this examination is conducted in two shifts 9-12 and 2-5. So, when the first shift will end there will twice no. of students outside the centre.
(4/n)
From the mentioned points it is pretty much clear that the administration/NTA will not able to implement the SOP and social distancing of 2 meters.

One thing also I like to add that due to corona students which were earlier supposed to give the examination in KOTA will no give the examination from their home town. Which will significantly increase the no. of students in each centre each day.
