so :) i'm about to burst with rage :) there has been a crash and multiple road closures on our route, but not all routes/turn offs that are actually closed are showing up on maps as closed. so, stressed as hell, we turn into this massive garage cos we need to park and look at the

map. we ask some of the staff for advice but nothing really helps, they confirm it's been bad all day.

then as we're deciding what to do & ringing the hospital, one of them comes back and is approaching our car, and then approaching our window (open bc the heat is ridiculous)

and he's not stopping so i sturnly say 'no no please get back, move back, social distancing, i'm vulnerable and still shielding'

he said 'fine then, i won't tell you the directions'. we thought he was joking. he wasn't. he walked away and didn't come back.
