Update - 11/08/20

The situation regarding Covid-19 (Coronavirus) is fast moving and ever changing. The pandemic continues to present complicated challenges for the travel industry and, in most cases, we receive no advance warning of changes to travel advice.
This is a complex situation and advice from the government could change again at any time.

We want to reassure you that we have a dedicated team in place to contact those affected by recent updates to offer guidance and support, in priority order based on travel dates.
Anyone travelling to Mainland Spain, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Portugal or Cyprus, travelling up to and including 16th August, should have received an email detailing their options.
Anyone travelling to the above destinations from 17th August onwards, we are seeking further clarity from the government and will be in touch as soon as we know more.
If you need to contact us, the best way to do this is via the My Bookings section of our website. Please do not send multiple messages or contact us via multiple platforms, as this increases workload for our teams and increases wait times for yourselves and other customers.
We understand concerns and the desire to contact us; however, we ask that you are patient with us while we deal with customers who are due to fly imminently.
We will also continue to update on the situation via our website, providing real-time updates, and we advise you to read our FAQs page before contacting us: https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/faqs/coronavirus
Thank you for your continued support at this difficult time.
