I know the echo chamber never mentions this, but my observations of covering #WWERaw https://abs.twimg.com/hashflags... draggable="false" alt=""> every single week there& #39;s been heavy emphasis on women& #39;s wrestling for the last 8-9 months. I know usually top level male performers dictate the perception of a brand, but the women kill it.
Multiple women& #39;s matches, feuds, length in matches. With #WWERaw https://abs.twimg.com/hashflags... draggable="false" alt="">, you& #39;re getting a bit of everything. There are really good male performer in this brand, it& #39;s not they& #39;re dropping the ball, women are being trusted with more tv-time in a three hour show. In-ring speaks for itself.
Despite my feelings on the heel Bayley character, her work with Sasha has grabbed people& #39;s attention. Their work in the ring has never been a problem. Raw has always been a variety show, yeah the bad comedy is hit and miss, but you have that with every wrestling show.
This thread is a shoutout to the female performers on #WWERaw https://abs.twimg.com/hashflags... draggable="false" alt="">. I think so many are accustomed to having a brand being dictated good by the quantity of top level male performers, you have top level males on Raw, but you can& #39;t push the woman to the side. That& #39;s my TED Talk.
