I can’t teach remotely because my own children will get in the way of my job duties.

My job is to teach and care for 30 children at a time for 8 hours a day... I’m a teacher.

As a compromise I only need to be in the building 50% of time and can bring my own children if child care is an issue

We need our staff in the building to promote a positive view and backdrop so students can see staff in the building and get excited about coming back
