If you were planning to lose an election but still gain office you`d need chaos, a good way to do that would be with universal mail in voting, recounts, disputes, fraud, legal challenges & delay causing uncertainty...

And then seize the narrative & power....

However you need widespread civil unrest (color revolution style), wouldnt it also be a good idea the somehow get the police out the way for that, perhaps defund, demoralize & hamstring them? ,

You`d need the state media on your side too.....

Ignoring the abject reality & pushing your righteous narrative. Same with Governors & state AGs so they would ignore Federal policy.

You could also do with a lot more violent criminals on the streets to add the cause
