In a nutshell...
5 to Thrive
1. Wake up an hour early to take time for YOURSELF
2. Move your body for at least 30 mins.
3. Drink 1/2 your body weight in oz. of water.
4. Practice daily gratitude.
5. Replace one category of food that isn't serving you with a better option.
I will be adding some thoughts, gratitude, etc. to this thread throughout the next 90 days. Hoping it may empower other people. I have done this challenge before. Doing it again is great to tweak my habits, and even hop back on if i have fallen off the wagon a bit....
I am living through some change and having to again accept the reality that the new world COVID-19 has forced us into amid what was supposed to be my segway year from college to real, full-time employee, pursuing my passion, post-grad life. But honestly...
COVID-19 really did serve me real life. Real life is unexpected, odd, and covered in blessings that often go unnoticed.
Day 1: Today, I am expressing special gratitude to what COVID times have brought me:
> Time to get my habits in order without having to adjust to a big, shiny, new job in a new place. (With new bills..)
> A summer full of weekends with my dearest friends from home.
