Does anyone know what the deal with this company @KabbageInc is? There are about 500 responses to their tweet with small businesses (like my wife @MerylRowin) unable to accept their PPP loan because of an issue with their website. After being on hold, they& #39;re disconnected. After tweeting at them, to some, they write "we& #39;ve sent you a DM to help assist you," we haven& #39;t been so lucky. You& #39;d think a company like this would have a blanket FAQ or help for the 500 businesses having issues with this.

The deadline is running out for PPP loans. Unfortunately, it looks like I& #39;m resorting to being one of those people who is going to ask people to PLEASE RETWEET this to be enough of a squeaky wheel so this issue can be dealt with.

Now they claim to have DMed me, but haven& #39;t. So weird.

UPDATE: They helped us -- but why did it take complaining on twitter to get help. My most recent DM with them.
