Okay so a comparison of US vs. UK portion sizes from KFC is trending and I'd just like to point out

The UK has a huge obesity problem, too.

Also, culturally, restaurants are leaning toward selling things that are meant to last through multiple mealtimes, here.
Seriously, ffs. Of all the countries in the world, for the UK to hold their noses about what the US eats, it boggles the mind.
One commenter says something snide about fat Americans, then asks why she would want to buy a scone from KFC anyway and
KFC's whole business model never favored dine-in, anyway. Buckets of chicken. Buckets for the whole family. Buckets for takeaway. Buckets to stick in the fridge and snack on long after the first meal is over.
Apparently this is my breaking point
Listen: y'all over there have history and literature and gardens and sheep, and they're really great. You can feel smug about those. You CANNOT come after America for
-food
-manners
-racism
-politics
