Been going over Barcelona players who have arrived since 2016 and how their injury records have changed. What I've found is truly fascinating. This will be a short thread with the main players, with a consistent point: Barca have horrid facilities and fitness coaches. Let's being
Griezmann - Missed 1 game in his career pre Barca. In his first year at Barca, picks up a significant injury ruling him out for just under a month. Also provides evidence that it isn't the league.

Firpo - Less convincing but helps the point. 1 career injury pre Barca. 3 post.
Neto - Pre Barca, 3 injuries since 2014, and rules out of 8 games. Post signing for Barca, 10 games missed, 2 injuries in 1 year.

Malcom - 0 injuries pre Barca. 2 injuries whilst at Barca, missing 7 Games. Also gets injured immediately after going to Zenit (poor conditioning?)
Lenglet - 1 injury in 2 years pre Barca. Also picked up an injury at Barca.

Arthur - 1 of the most compelling cases. 1 career injury pre Barca. A massive 11 injuries in 2 years at Barca, including missing 24 games. In 2 years.
Andre Gomes - 2 injuries pre Barca. 2 at Everton. 5 in his 2 years at Barca, including a muscular injury he took to Everton.

Dembele - Another highly convincing case. NO career injuries pre Barca. In 3 years at Barca? 10 injures, including a massive 80 games missed.
Another consistent theme across all of these Injuries are the number of muscular ones which supports a theory of poor conditioning, as opposed to simple misfortune.
END OF THREAD: RT and Likes appreciated, took a bit of time to gather everything and look through everything necessary. Helps when looking at players from Barca (cough cough Dembele), and simply writing them off as injury prone. Hope you all learned from this thread.
