According to the legend, Bui is Lugh's consort and her name is translated to Victory... AND it can also refer to the Goddess Cailleach, a creator deity, weather deity, and a hag but it can also refer to Beira, the Queen Of winter.

Bui blessed the child and instead of being born a male, Setanta was born a female and since many consider Cu Chulainn a reincarnation of Lugh, my version is a combination of both him and Bui/Cailleach/Beira.
