The events of this spring and summer have shown that we, as a nation and a community need to do more to combat the evils of racism. Today, with @RITDiversity, we’re launching an effort to show how white men at RIT are taking steps to be actively antiracist in their lives. /1

Over the next two weeks we’ll share stories from a dozen staff & faculty members. We feel it’s important to demonstrate our commitments to diversity for the long haul in concrete ways & to provide more positive antiracist white men role models for our undergraduate population. /2
