Billions of dollars go into making mobile devices as addictive as HUMANLY possible.

Vibrant colors, notification sounds, instant messaging...

You are being conditioned in the pavlovian sense, to form an ATTACHMENT to these devices.
You no longer complete difficult tasks in order to get that hit of dopamine,

As you can literally stay in the comfort of your own bed, and your BRAIN can TRICK YOU into feeling as if you have accomplished a whole list of things.

Phone use breeds unmotivated lifestyles.

This reduced your ability to:
