People who need their “alone time” while in a relationship really love to act like it’s SO important to have that and have your “own life”, but people who don’t need that don’t go around acting like it’s bad to want to be alone. Interesting 🤔
people in relationships for 6 months: ITS SO IMPORTANT TO HAVE YOUR OWN LIFE AND WE DIDNT EVEN TALK ALL DAY AND THATS GOOD

me, in a relationship for 13 years: yeah like I’d rather spend my time with the person I love???
It’s obviously important to be okay when you’re separate, like it’s unlikely you’ll always work with your s/o or whatever, but this idea that it’s only “healthy” to have 50% completely separate lives actually might be super toxic????
