MVPs have one purpose - to learn from customers and iterate until your product solves their problem.
But it's easier said than done. What features should you prioritize? How long should the MVP stage last?

1/ As I talk to more customers the problem definition starts to expand. What should I do?
Remember that you don't have to solve every problem of ALL your customers. Get comfortable with the fact that an MVP is aways small and focused on one major problem.

2/ What if one-half of the customers request one feature set and the other half requests another feature set?
Never ask customers what features to build. Only ask what core problems they have. It's your job to figure out what features will solve their problem.

3/ What should I do if I'm being stuck in a cycle of changing the MVP and can't seem to launch a stable product?
Stop tweaking your MVP to perfection. Stop thinking it's something special. It DOESNT have to be perfect as long as it solves a core problem of your customer.

4/ What's the main feedback I should be looking for from my MVP?
There's only one. Does it solve the problem of your customers you want it to solve? That's it.

5/ How long should the MVP stage last?
There should be no timeline/roadmaps in your early stages. You will figure it out when your MVP is actually solving a real problem and people are paying you for using it.

6/ After building a stable product, should I focus on growth or retention?
You have to focus on BOTH. Startups are multivariate problems. There are many levers you have to push and pull. Don't try to reduce it to a univariate problem.
