Decided today is my rock bottom... Ate utter trash all day + played a short session where I played awful but ran well

Officially taking a break from distracting behavior & self sabotaging starting tomorrow; focusing on getting my back healthy & diet on track. See ya in a month✌🏼
Final supper
Day 1 update:

7 am wake up -- groggy
8 am gym -- die
10 am sauna -- 40 mins
11 am nap
1 pm 6 eggs, rice and bone broth
2 pm - 7 pm lay around feeling awful
7:30 peanut butter snack
8 pm - 12:30 am -- Pickleball; played well

Overall I feeling human again.
