arthur : i personally do not see chemistry between arthur and nimue and felt he was a bit jealous that she got the throne. as well as this , i love arthur and guinevere and the show hinted at it in ep 10.
enemies to lovers : imo, the best trope out there. adds more to the relationship and makes it less....simple.
lancelot : I WANT LANCELOT HAPPY. He was a villain, iām not in denial abt that. but i love redemption arcs and he was not born āevilā. people change. i want lancelot to have a happy ending and i think that would go well with nimue.
squirrel/percival : lancelot and nimue both have a parental type bond with squirrel. it would be so cute if they were together to look after and raise him as their own.
toxicity : iāve seen people call it toxic. however, nimue and lancelot have not met yet. i donāt see how it can be toxic already. Also, merlin killed innocent fey people, but nimue forgave/ was on a path to forgiving him. i think the same can happen with her forgiving lancelot.
