It's mentioned in Ramayana that Shri Hanuman Ji jumped 100 Yojana from Kishkindha.

Then how did the distance reduce or Did Sri Lanka Move?

Yes, it moved.

In ancient times, there was only one big landmass covered by water all around...an Island...called as Jambudvipa.

It consisted of Asia Europe Africa & North America.

This island consisted of 9 major areas (Varshas) out if which 1 was Bharat Varsha.

The 9 geographical regions (Varshas) were

Bharata (
Ketumula (under Atlantic O. Currently)
Hari
Ilavrita - North pole Arctic at Center.
Kuru
Hiranyaka
Ramyaka
Kimpurusha
Bhadrasva (under Pacific O. Currently)

S. America, S. Africa, Australia - submergd n H2O.

Oceans - Current Atlantic, Pacific & Artic oceans were above sea level.

Arabian sea didn't exist.

Continuous land from Today's India to Africa.

Saraswati River, born in Himalayas, flowed via Africa n entered the ocean. It dried after Mahabharata (Green Rajasthan becam desert).

Then how did all these changes occur? Do continents move?

Yes.

Earth's Crust floats on the hot, molten layer called Magma.

This crust is broken into pieces (plates) n they too move. This movement is called as 'Plate Tectonics'.

This movement causes shift in continents.

Due to movement of these Tectonic Plates over Millions of years, the single island mass broke apart n new continents were created.

HIMALAYA

When 2 Tectonic Plates ,(Indian and Eurasian plates) ram into each other, Himalayan mountains were created.

So u c, the distance of 100 Yojana jumped by Hanuman Ji mentioned in Puranas was apt.

West says v don't have all the proofs to verify Vedas n Puranas, but I say Our Vedas n Puranas r SCIENTIFICALLY VERIFIED PROOFS of what happened in the past.
