For my Kpop stans... Kpop is HEAVILY influenced by Black culture and music. I knew it was inspired from time but listening to when I first started listening to Kpop, all these boy groups were dropping R&B songs but just in the Korean language.
Seeing a post earlier made me realise that r&b was really studied. I have to post some stuff, so you get what I mean.
The first boy group I was obsessed with TVXQ.... back 2011 with their song “Before U Go”
I really didn’t know there was more of them in the group until I did my research a year or two later
