Let's talk about Home Sweet Home❤️🏡

If someone asked me to create an Index of Housing related Stocks, these are the Co's I would pick.
$RDFN $DOCU $W $HD $SHW $TREX $POOL $NVR $Z $RH

Your fav Co's in this space? @TMFJMo @BluegrassCap @IntrinsicInv @BrianFeroldi @7Innovator
The 10yr returns on these Companies are anything but boring. 🎇
I love my E-Commerce/SaaS/FinTech/AdTech space as anyone else, but for me personally investing is a lot more fun if you're interested in at least 3-4 different sectors, and learn more about the space & the best Co's within.

So along with Tech, Healthcare (mainly Medical devices), Financial Services, another favorite space of mine in Consumer (Retail, Restaurants...) including Housing.

A very brief thesis on each of these 10 Co's in my Housing Index. No comments on current valuations.⬇️
Redfin $RDFN - A very dedicated Mgmt Team that is leveraging Technology and addressing many issues for Sellers and Buyers in the Home-buying process. Should have a bright future with the right execution on their vision.
Docusign $DOCU - The Real-Estate use case is what popularized this Company that is now expanding into the overall Contract Life Cycle Management and lot of other verticals. Barring sudden acceptance and usage of Adobe Sign, this Company will have a bright future.
Wayfair $W - Doing everything right (Engaging Platform, aggregating Suppliers, solving the Logistics problems...) to increase their mind-share of Millennials for Home Furnishings, while Brick and Mortar competitors are struggling.
Home Depot $HD - An extremely well run Company that it's Professional and DIY customers absolutely love. Built to Last. Some 900,000% return since it's IPO in 1981 is a testament to it's quality and durability.
Sherwin Williams $SHW - A solid Co in a category that's immune to Trends. Should continue to deliver good Shareholder returns as long as they keep the distribution channels optimized.

They should change the pic in the Logo though. I would award the contract to @TMFChrisHill 😀
$TREX - The Small Decking company that's quietly been delivering big returns. Should have a lot more room to grow with wider consumer recognition and acceptance of alternative decking solutions.
Pool Corp $POOL - Not too familiar with this one, but a big player in a fragmented industry that should continue to deliver value (although with some economic sensitivity)
$NVR - Leveraging their differentiated Business Model (less risk w.r.t Development, Inventory Light, Geographic focus) in an old sector of Home-building, to deliver huge value to shareholders.
Zillow $Z - A huge Mind-share company in Residential Real Estate. Improving the value proposition of advertising while developing other adjacent services should strengthen the Company.
Restoration HW $RH - Not an easy Co to understand/analyze (w.r.t Mgmt, big audacious goals, Debt heavy Balance sheet and huge Buybacks....) but maintaining the Brand proposition with selective geographic expansion & enhancing online should make it a bigger player in the space.
Disc : Among the above names, Docusign and Wayfair are the only ones in my current Portfolio, but interested in many of these at better prices.

/END.
